This is Alabama Football

Around our house football season has become a favorite for everyone. The girls LOVE to cheer and they think that any team on TV that is red and white is Alabama and if the other team is blue, they think they are Auburn.  Both girls are big Alabama fans but Carsyn loves to throw in a "Roll Eagle" every once in a while. She thinks it is sooooo funny. She really doesn't understand the whole Alabama/Auburn thing which makes it even funnier. Whenever she sees something in relation to Auburn she says, "EWW Yuck, Aubren stinkies in their panties and don't clean it out." I'm not quite sure where she got that from but it is funny to us.
The girls got to experience their first Alabama football game a couple of weeks ago and they loved it. I was a little hesitate at first when my aunt mentioned taken them with us to the game. A. I was going to be flying solo without Daddy, B. Who thinks it is fun to ride in a car with two 5 year olds and a 3 year old????? (Not me) and C. It is a long way there and a long way back and the game wasn't even going to start until 6:15. Even after all the what-ifs and have I lost my mind concerns, I decided why not. My friend takes her two little ones to all of the Auburn game and she is still alive so surely I can do it with a little help from my aunt and cousin.  So, off we went to the Alabama vs Tennessee game to have some FUN!!!
After checking in to the hotel, we grabbed a little lunch to take with us to the campus. Camden and Jett enjoyed climbing in a tree nearby and after Carsyn woke up from her catnap, she enjoyed lunch while watching everyone walk by.

After lunch, it was time to head to the quad to enjoy the pregame festivities. They kids loved watching the band warm up and all of the inflatables. They also enjoyed kicking the football.

After enjoying all of the festivities, we headed towards the stadium so that we could watch the band march in and hopefully catch a glimpse of Big Al.

We made our way into the stadium and the girls couldn't wait. All they wanted to see was the football team and the cheerleaders. Carsyn told me she wished she was a cheerleader and could go down on the field. PrECIOUS!

After leaving the stadium, we spotted some majorettes who more than happy to let us get a picture with them.  When the girls called their daddy after the game, they told him they had their pics made with the jets and their held their tauns!!!! I had to explain!!!! LOL
After we woke up Sunday we took them back to the campus so they could run and play and burn off some energy before the trip back home.

We had a blast and cant wait to go back. Hopefully next time Daddy can go with.
Until then, ROLL TIDE!
